hybrid 6.0 is the brainchild of
producer/songwriter Steve Erida. Alongside are band members Madam Mayhem (vocals), Jude 1:8 (guitar) and now Opkar (keyboards/synths). They
are based in Southampton and have recently enjoyed a massively successful and
much talked about gig at The Joiners. Their backgrounds in music range from
early punk, such as The Sex Pistols, Adam And The Ants, to industrial/goth acts
like NIN and The Cure, but are also influenced by dance acts like Prodigy,
DJs Lisa Lashes and Proteus - a real collision of music tastes that has formed a
new unstoppable force to take on and conquer the music world...
The past few months have seen hybrid 6.0 perfect
their amazing live set, including opening for Julien-K and Aesthetic Perfection, as well as record songs for their debut album "Silent Destruction" which is out now!
hybrid 6.0 continue to play their new style of music to their ever growing fan base in various clubs and venues
across the UK.
